Thoughts and Suggestions on the Hospital Constitution in Modern Hospital Management System
Abstract：The hospital constitution is an important content in the construction ot modern hospital management system.It is of great significance to ensure the public welfare,standardize the internal management,and ensure that the hospital has the right to self-management according to law.At present,there are many problems in Chinese hospitals,such that the public welfare and positioning are vague,and the internal governance structure is unclear.The constitution is the basic program and code of conduct for the hospital to run autonomy in accordanCe with the law and to implement the management and performance of public welfare functions.Therefore,the hospital should make the constitution based on national conditions,the hospital's situation and various laws and regulations,to promote the hospital and ensure the public welfare.
