Exploration and Practice of Innovative Mode of Standardized Training of Resident Doctors
Abstract：Clinical residency training is to accelerate the growth of young doctors bastion of China,and is an important guarantee for China to improve the quality of health service.The First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University has implemented standardized training of residents from 1993,and has established the management mode,in which residents are as the center,the training of occupation competency is as the core of the whole process,multi channel method and overall process evaluation.The paper discusses the training innovation mode of resident standardization from five aspects:perfecting the management mechanism,strengthening the system construction;learning the advanced idea,innovating training mode;improving the quality of assessment,establishing the feedback mechanism;strengthening the training base construction,improving the living conditions;promoting collaborative exchanges,and enhancing the demonstration effect.
