Implementation of Dynamic Nursing Post Management in One-stop Hospitalized Service Center
Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application effectiveness of dynamic post management in one-stop hospitalized service center.Methods Establishing dynamic post part-time nurse library,and dynamically managing the blood hillock,ECG acquisition post and navigation post of the hospital one-stop service center.So the nurse who adopted the training and assessment can take a part-time job.Results The average admission service time of patients was shorten to 26.53min.The proportion of patients' satisfaction to the service center increased from 16％ to 64％.The inpatient service centers reduce 4.6 fixed nurses.Conclusion The implementation of nursing dynamic post management can not only effectively solve nurses structural scarcity,but also achieve scientific allocation and rational use of human resources and improve medical experience of patients.
