Study on Standard of Nurse's Human Caring for Inpatients in the Hospital in China
Abstract：Objective To develop standard of nurse's human caring for inpatients in China.Method Delphi method was used in the study.The standard of nurse's human caring for inpatients in China was developed based on two rounds of consultation among 32 experts.Result The standard of nurse's human caring for inpatients in China is consisted of 5 dimensions and 45 items.Experts have high recognition on the research,and the suggestions they propose are of more and more consensus.Conclusion This standard can normalize nurse's human caring service and provide basis for the improvement of nurse's human caring quality for inpatients.Further theoretical and empirical study is needed to verify the nurse's human caring standard.
