Present Status and Enlightenment of Patient Safety Reporting System
Abstract：Patient safety reporting is a key measure to promote patient safety.The paper reviewed patient safety reporting system from overseas,pointed out the development trend of patient safety incident reporting systems internationally,and proposed the future directions of patient safety incident reporting system in China,including the formulation of related law and regulations to ensure safety and useof data,unification of data structure and format,mechanism of incidents reporting at separated layer,emphasis of feedback and learning form incidents and creation of patient safety culture.
