Investigation on influence Factors of the Medical Staff's Enthusiasm in Healthcare Reform Pilot Unit
Abstract：Through the questionnaire survey of the enthusiasm of the medical staff in the pilot unit of Beijing,the paper analyzes the main factors that affect the enthusiasm of the medical staff.Through starting from the internal and external needs of the medical staff career development,the management measure is perfected,the incentive mechanism is established,and the medical staff work enthusiasm is mobilized,in order to provide comprehensive reference and basis for the public hospital reform.
