Analysis of the Hierarchical Diagnosis and Treatment System in China Based on Game Theory and the Principle of Incentive Compatibility

Abstract：Objective To understand the interests of the government,large general hospitals,higher medical institutions and primary health care institutions to promote the establishment of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.Methods The game theory is used to analyze the contradictions and interests of the stakeholders.Results The lack of government investment,the higher medical institutions not wanting to sink medical resources,lack of capacity for primary health care institutions and other issues hinder the smooth implementation of the classification system.Conclusion The role of government should be played,and government investment be increased;the division of labor among medical institutions be strengthened,and medical resources be reasonably allocated;and the strength of primary health care institutions be improved.
