Research on the Implementation Path of External Performance Appraisal Policy in Public Hospitals
Abstract：Objective To explore the effective implementation path of public hospitals' external performance appraisal in public hospitals.Methods According to public hospitals managers interviews,investigating cases of Beijing municipal public hospitals,and building the analysis framework of the implementation of external performance appraisal policy.The literatures of external performance appraisal policy were reviewed in municipal public hospitals.Results The four implementation models of external performance appraisal were established in public hospitals,and the influence factors of the implementation of external performance appraisal in public hospitals were generalized.Conclusion The integration of performance appraisal policy on the level of the government,public hospitals and clinical departments is one effective path to promote the implementation of external performance appraisal in public hospitals.
