Abstract：The article starts from the present situation of medical volunteer service in a provincial hospital,analyzes the characteristics of medical volunteers service,achievements and the existing problems,thus puts forward targeted development strategy of medical volunteer service work,offers a reference for further strengthening and improving medical services and develop medical volunteer service work.
