Analysis of the Cesarean Section Rate and the Indications for Cesarean Section Changes Based on the Different Fertility Policies and Hospital Management Strategy
Abstract：Objective To analyze the cesarean section rate and cesarean section refers to the changing trend of syndrome before and after the adjustment of fertility policy,in order to reduce the rate of cesarean section and put forward the reasonable suggestions.Method The SPSS21.0 package was applied for statistical analysis,to describe the changing trend of the index.Result With the fertility policy adjustment,cesarean section rate decreases significantly,but the age trend does not change a lot;prom,macrosomia and elderly primipara cesarean section in recent years show a rising trend as the main indications for cesarean section,but ranking of no indications of cesarean section in the fully open two-child policy reduced to after the seventh.Conclusion The fertility policy adjustments have some effects on the choice of the provincial maternal birth way.With the family planning policy continues to advance,the cesarean section rate will continue to decline,at the same time,strictly controlling the cesarean section rate of syndrome is in favor of ensuring the safety of maternal pregnancy and child birth.
