Evaluation of Health Resource Allocation Efficiency in TCM Hospitals in China Based on DEA
Abstract：Objective To study the allocation efficiency of health resources in TCM hospitals in China from 2003 to 2014.Method Conducting horizontal and vertical analysis of health resources allocation in TCM hospitals by DEA theory and method.Result On the horizontal assessment,there were regional differences in allocation efficiency of health resources,while the comprehensive efficiency of health resource allocation was stable from 2003 to 2014,and economies of scale was decreasing on the vertical analysis.Conclusion Overall planning,and strengthening the construction of medical and health service system in disadvantaged areas should be focused on.
