Development Strategy Analysis of Governmental Hospital Under Independent Outpatient Imaging Center Policy
Abstract：The formation and evolution of independent outpatient imaging center were reviewed.According to SWOT analysis,governmental hospital had great brand,expert professionals,a good environment of professionals,the priority of making contact with patients and medical insurance.At the same time,the long appointment,much re-checking,low labor value and restriction on new equipment were the weaknesses.According to the great potential market and increasing medical care demand,the governmental hospital cooperated with social capital to set up independent outpatient imaging center.
