Evaluation Method and Empirical Simulation of Hierarchical Diagnosis and Treatment
Abstract：It is important to establish the evaluation method of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.Based on the expert consultation and data simulation,the study established a method to evaluate the expected effect of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,including the outpatient diversion,rehabilitation diversion and long-term care diversion.Based on the database of outpatient and inpatient patients in an area in East China in 2016,the results show that the regional diversion effect is good.Hierarchical diagnosis and treatment can not only improve the efficiency of resource use,reduce the overall burden of medical expenses,guarantee the income of all ievels of medical institutions,but also can bring new jobs.
