Prevention Strategies of Workplace Violence in Psychiatric Department
Abstract：Work violence in Psychiatric Department has characteristics of high risk,strong danger and badly prevention in psychiatric compared with other medical departments.On the scientific definition of psychiatric workplace violence,the dilemma in China and the experience of American's related theory are analyzed,to build a comprehensive prevention system,to introduce and popularize the effective assessment tool,and to establish a system of emergency countermeasures,in order to provide a useful reference.
