Cognitive Study on the Current Situation of Medical Personnel Suffering Violence in Hospitals and on the Role of Media
Abstract：Objective To analyze the cycle,type and site of medical personnel suffering violence,and to evaluate the media's behavior in medical disputes report,in order to regulate the behavior of the media,and to provide policy basis for the reduction of hospital violence.Method Through Wenjuanxing software to collect the data on incidence of violence and the perception to media of medical staff in the hospital.Result The violence has occurred mostly in Internal Medicine Department,and the main form is language of violence.More than 60％ medical staff has the negative attitude of doctor-patient report from media.The higher the title is,the more negative attitude occurs.Conclusion Good communication mechanism between doctors and patients should be established,violence emergency work be well done,the media behavior be standardized,and the tension of the doctor-patient relationship be eased.
