Analysis of the Salary System Stakeholders in Public Hospitals
Abstract：Objective To deeply understand the stakeholder groups in the internal and external environment of salary system in public hospitals through the analysis of the salary system stakeholders in public hospitals.Method The Mitchell scoring method was used to score the possible stakeholders from three dimensions of right,legitimacy and urgency,and the stakeholder types were determined according to the scores.Result The stakeholders of salary system in public hospital are determined by 30 stakeholders,including 12 core stakeholders,15 potential stakeholders and 3 marginal stakeholders.Conclusion The salary system in public hospital is the connection of all stakeholders.The construction of a reasonable salary system needs the support of all stakeholders to achieve the balance of physician personal interests,patients' benefits and social benefits.
