Abstract：Clarifying the subjects and their responsibility is a premise of effective supervision in health care field.While there are many problems in China,such as decentralized functions,unclear positioning and lack of professionalism.Moreover,the responsibility of health insurance and professional associations is inadequate.Therefore targeted reforms are called in the following session.
