PEST-SWOT Analysis of the Development for Private Hospitals in Shenzhen City
Abstract：The mode of medical organization with various forms is the effective way to promote the reform of public hospitals in China and increase the supply of medical and health resources.As an important part of the pattern of various medical treatment,it is an effective way to meet people's multi-level and diversified medical service demand.The paper analyzes the status quo of the development of private hospitals in Shenzhen City.It also makes a summary of some experiences and problems among the process of exploring for private hospitals in Shenzhen City through PEST-SWOT analysis model and provides support for development plans and policy decisions for private hospitals in Shenzhen City.
