Main Operation Modes and Existing Problems of Medical Alliance in China
Abstract：In China,medical alliance operation modes includes group mode,entrusted mode,hospital build and management mode,medical cooperation mode,merge mode and joint-stock cooperation mode,etc.At present,medical alliances have many problems in the process of implementation,such as confusing concept,lack of supporting policy and management mechanism,lack of coordination mechanism and insufficient social cognition of medical alliances.Government should correctly position the role,establish and improve the coordination,supervision and evaluation mechanisms,take measures to increase support for primary health care institutions,and establish information sharing platform and other measures to ensure that medical alliances work achieving effective results.
