Construction of Hospital Multi-disaplinary Order Training Mode of Professional Medical Technicians
Abstract：Since 2006,the Ministry of Education proposed "Several Opinions on Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Higher Vocational Education and Teaching",which clearly put forward to "reform talents training mode,actively push Order Training mode".All higher vocational institutes began to explore the new teaching mode.The key purpose of the paper is to sum up the experiences and find the problems of professional medical technicians' Order Training mode in Peking University People's Hospital,and to provide new ideas for talents training.
