Impact of Patient Mistreatment on the Callings of Work of Nurses and Nursing Quality
Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of patient mistreatment on the callings of work and nursing quality of in the hospital.Methods Using a questionnaire survey method to collect data.The descriptive statistics,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear hierarchical regression were performed for the data analysis.Results The patient mistreatment had a negativity predictive effect on the callings of work (β =-0.148,P<0.01) and nursing quality (β =-0.123,P<0.01).Moreover,the callings of work (β =-0.028,P<0.01) played a partial mediating role in the relationship.Conclusion The patient mistreatment will reduce the callings of work of nurses,and in turn to reduce the nursing quality.
