Evaluation on the Equity of Health Human Resources in Henan Province Based on Agglomeration Degree

Abstract：Objective To describe and analyze the differences and fairness of health human resources distribution among regions in Henan Province,and to provide policy basis and reference for the government to optimize the allocation of health resources.Methods Collecting data of health human resources in Henan Province from 2010 to 2014,calculating concentration degree of health resources in the regions of different economic development level by using the method of agglomeration,and analyzing the population and geographical equity of health manpower resources in Henan Province.Results The geographical accessibility of health human resources in Henan Province is good as a whole,but the distribution of health human resources is not reasonable,and the gap between regions is obvious;Doctors and nurses have obvious difference in equality.The degree of differentiation of nurses is higher than that of doctors.Conclusion At present,the allocation of health human resources development in different regional economy areas in the province has obvious gap,the government should fully integrate health human resources,to seek and establish different economic regional health human resources management mode,and to promote the health human resources in the province.
