Feasibility and the Localization Research of Performance Evaluation Model Based on Quantitative Analysis
Abstract：Based on physician bonus allocation using Resource Based Relative Value Scale system,development background,basic principle and the econometric model were analyzed.Then,through combining with the practice of large comprehensive public hospital,the feasibility of the compensation reform of public hospital,the localization of application,problems and countermeasures were evaluated.
