Legal Regulation of the Media Reports of Medical Disputes
Abstract：From the perspective of the connotation of the reports in the medical dispute law regulation appraisal,foreign advanced experience of legal regulation of the media experience is introduced.On the basis of summarization and comparison,and based on the localization of the relevant situation in China,related legal regulating of the media reports in China can be perfected.
