Study of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Safety Culture in Hospital Patients
Abstract：Objective To provide effective suggestions for patient safety management by analyzing the factors,which affect patient safety from hospital and department aspects.Methods The study obtained the data by questionnaire survey and based on descriptive analysis,univariate analysis and multivariate analysis.Results The overall level of patient safety culture is good.The level of teamwork,study and continuous improvement,the communication and feedback of errors in departments gain high recognition.Age and the degree of familiarity of patient safety culture are the main factors that affect patient safety culture.Conclusion The hospital should establish an efficient management model,in which patient participation,doctor-patient trust,systematical control and investigation are featured in,based on the present situation and safety demands of the hospital so as to promote the development of the hospital and the staff's sense of safety.
