Establishment and Identification of Doctor-Patient Relationship in Telemedicine
Abstract：The doctor-patient relationship plays an important role in protecting lawful rights and interests of both doctors and patients.Through literature analysis and expert consultation,the problems in establishing are figured out and advice on it is proposed based on American experience and the situation of China.The telemedicine has challenged traditional doctor-patient relationship by changing the subject,condition and identification.The government should allow and formulate a stricter way to establish doctor-patient relationship in telemedicine,and promote the legal and technical means way to identify it.
