Characteristics and Implications of Hierarchical Diagnosis and Treatment System in Some Countries and Areas
Abstract：The article deeply analyzed the characters of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in some countries or areas,including that hierarchical diagnosis and treatment is evolutional results derived from the proper health care system,especially the strong grassroots health system,the essence of tiered health care system is service integration,appropriate payment system is the promoting factor for tiered health care system.It is suggested that hierarchical diagnosis and treatment should be promoted based on principles of enhancing grassroots health system and establishing mechanism,the pathway of cooperation between all kinds of medical institutions and integration of services be followed,and the influence exerted by payment system on health care system be enhanced.
