Construction of the Training System for Nurses in China Based on the Ocean Medical Support
Abstract：Objective To establish a training system for nurses which meets the ocean medical support mission and demands.Methods The index system was established through literature analysis,experts interviews and Delphi.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was used to determine index weight at all levels.Results The expert's authority coefficients was 0.835,and the training system for nurses in China based on the ocean medical support was composed by 4 first level indicators,13 second level indicators,and 56 third level indicators.The coordination coefficients of indicators were from 0.296 to 0.423,respectively,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion There is a high level of authoritative and better coordination,which can provide an objective and quantitative standards for the training of nurse at sea in China.
