Research on Operation Safety Inspection Management of Tertiary Hospitals in Beijing City
Abstract：Objective To research the management of operation safety inspection and formulate a standard operation procedure.Methods Using questionnaire to research the system and SOP of operation safety inspection among members of CHA and Patient Safety Network.Results The SOP for safety inspection is different in 10 hospitals.70％ hospitals do not bring the steering results into performance assessment.The greatest difficulty is daily regulation.Conclusion Problems in management of operation safety inspection are that SOP of operation safety inspection operation is lack,and daily regulation can not be applied.Relevant interventions should be used.
