Analysis of the Salary Level of Medical Staffs in Public Hospitals of Liaoning Province
Abstract：Objective To understand the salary level,working conditions and satisfaction on salary of the medical staffs in public hospitals,to perfect public hospital salary system,and improve staffs' enthusiasm.Methods Taking questionnaire survey,panel method,descriptive analysis and variance method to comprehensively analyze salary status of medical staff in public hospitals.Results There is a big gap among medical staffs in different economic areas of public hospitals.77.8％ staffs are dissatisfied with their salary levels.Conclusion The salary level of medical staffs in public hospitals is so low,and their satisfaction level is low.Medical staffs have stressful situation at work,and the salary structure is not well reasonable.Health internal salary distribution system should be perfected.
