Research on the Giant Department Reform of Public Hospitals' Functional Organizations Under the Background of Non-administration
Abstract：The reform of public hospitals' functional organization is an important part to deepen hospital non-administration action.The status and necessities of the functional institutions of public hospitals were analyzed,some relevant reform practices of the functional departments were proposed,and the organization structure of public hospitals' functional organization was built after carding functions of departments,to provide suggestions and methodology reference for building the hospital organizational structure.
