Analysis of Satisfaction Degree of Basic Medical Insurance Municipal Coordination for Urban Workers in Harbin City
Abstract：Objective To understand the satisfaction degree of beneficiaries about the municipal coordination policy.Methods Investigating 385 beneficiaries of basic medical insurance for urban workers in Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospital of Harbin City,and the data were analyzed by general descriptive analysis,variance analysis,chi-square test and multiple logistic regression analysis.Results The respondents' education degree and health status,the online supervision of doctor's prescription (P=0.000,OR=2.346) and the designated hospital medical level (P=0.000,OR=2.140) are the most important influence factors of satisfaction degree of the policy.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the publicity policies and online regulation of doctors' prescription and two-paths referral management to improve the satisfaction of the policy.
