Analysis of Current Situation and Demand of Continuious Education of Pharmacy of Public Hospitals in Shaanxi Province
Abstract：Objective To further understand the current situation,problems and demands of pharmacists'continuious education of public hospitals in Shaanxi Province.Methods The cluster random sampling method was used to choose two tertiary hospitals and six secondary hospitals in southern Shaanxi,Guanzhong and northern Shaanxi respectively.Questionnaires and field interviews were used to investigate the pharmacists.Results In view of the current training situation,47.61％ of people thought that the training was moderate,36.36％ of people considered that the training was insufficient,31.58％ of people received training once a month,and 44.26％ of people were satisfied with the current continuious education.At this stage,the problems were concentrated in the following three aspects:lacking of practical content and training time,and too fast training speed.The expectation of the continuing education contents was embodied in the basic knowledge of pharmacy,pharmacy information service and clinical pharmacy.Conclusion It is necessary to make reasonable arrangement and preparation from the content,forms of training,training time,cost burden and training frequency of continuing education.
