Optimization and Design of Hospital Examination and Appointment Process
Abstract：The traditional process of examination and appointment service had drawbacks for departments of medical technology.The examination systems ran the examination and appointment process on their own way.Resources couldn't be shared.Patients' waiting time was too long.In order to solve the problems above,the process of hospital examination and appointment had been reorganized and optimized.Unified management was put forward for departments of medical technology in the hospital,which realized the combination of unified appointment and self-help appointment.At the same time,it provided intelligent-reminder service which informed the examination and appointment message to the patients.
