Study on the Influence Factors of Excessive Medical Treatment in Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ Hospital
Abstract：Objective To analyze the influence factors of doctors and patients on excessive medical treatment,and to discuss the forming mechanism of excessive medical treatment.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the 5 randomly drawn Class Ⅲll Grade Ⅰ hospitals.Using structural equation model,and carrying out software SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0 to do data analysis.Results It is showed that the information asymmetry between doctors and patients and the lack of medical personnel's own compensation and treatment have an important influence on the formation of excessive medical treatment.Conclusion The key to solve the problem of over medical treatment is to improve the remuneration of medical staff and eliminate the information asymmetry between doctors and patients.
