Impact on Revenue and Service of the Hospital from the Pilot Reform in the County-Level Public Hospitals in Liaoning Province
Abstract：Objective To analyze the change of revenue and service after the pilot reform of the county-level public hospitals in Liaoning Province.Methods Choosing the data of the second batch pilot hospitals in 2013,contrasting the impact on the revenue and service for the reform in the county-level public hospitals by descriptive statistics analysis,t test and rank-sum test.Results The pilot hospitals optimize the income structure,increase the physicians per capita income,increase the service volume and efficiency,and reduce the outpatient and hospitalization costs,but there is still a decline in space of medicine proportion.Conclusion After the reform,the economic situation of pilot hospitals is operating smoothly on the whole,and the income structure needs further improvement;but the service efficiency and the expense burden still needs to be improve constantly.
