Influencing Factors of Nurses' Core Work Ability and Working Emotion
Abstract：Objective To explore the relevant factors influencing the core ability and working mood of nurses,and to provide management basis for the improvement of nursesp' rofessional quality.Methods A total of 545 nurses from 5 hospitals and community service centers in Beian City,Daqing City,Harbin City and Heilongjiang Province were sampled by cluster sampling.The contents included general information of nurses,nurses'working mood and nurses' core work ability.Statistical methods,such as descriptive statistics,single factor analysis of variance and linear re gression were used.Results Nurses' interest in nursing specialty is related with its core work ability,and the frequency is related with the work mood of nurses.Conclusion Raising nurses' interest in the nursing specialty and formulating reasonable shift system can improve the professional quality of the nurses.
