Study on Pediatricians Resource in Nanjing City Under the Horizon of Two-Child Policy
Abstract：All Pediatrics of medical and health institutions and pediatrics specialist medical and health institutions,which are under the guidance of Nanjing City or registered by local health and family planning administrative departments,are selected as the research objects.Through administrative intervention and typical interview,the status of pediatricians in Nanjing City under two-child policy is analyzed.The causes of such situation are analyzed,and countermeasures are proposed to provide the basis for regional pediatricians resource planning.
