Research on Evaluation System of Hierarchical Treatment in China
Abstract：In order to truly reflect effect and demand of rights of different interest groups,it is critical to evaluate hierarchical treatment from the angle of public policy evaluation.The study focuses on exploring the evaluation system of hierarchical treatment,determining the evaluation standard,including improvement condition,efficiency and economical efficiency and seeking medical advice.Based on establishing index system,it summarizes evaluation methods,and analyzes multi-principal part of evaluation.
