Analysis of the Job Burnout of Medical Staff in Urban Community and Township Health Centers
Abstract:Objective To analyze the job burnout status and the effect factors of medical staff in urban community and township health service centers.Method A questionnaire survey using Maslach Burnout Inventory MBI-GS was conducted among urban community and township health service centers in Northeast China.Result The detecting rate of job burnout of medical staff in urban community health service centers was 27.8%.The affecting factors were education,professional title,salary income and the rationality of performance appraisal plan.The detecting rate of job burnout in township hospitals was 34.1%.The effect factors were gender,working time,workload and salary income.Conclusion The job burnout of medical staff in township hospitals is more serious than that in community health service centers.This is an issue that deserves more attention and necessary intervention action by relevant administrative departments.
