Study on the Effect of Healthcare Information System Prompt Functions on the Rate of Refuse Payment
Abstract：Healthcare information construction is one of the most important contents to push forward the reform of hospital information system.It's helpful to enhance the level of healthcare management,to optimize the service pathway,as well as to improve the experience of patients care.Through taking the development of healthcare information construction in the Peking Cancer Hospital as an example,the article pointed out the functions,including identity recognition of health insurance,prescription hints of insurance medicines,identification of patients that received chemotherapy and radiotherapy,and real-time control of performance assessment.The article analyzed the maintenance of the low rate of withholding payment and the functional mechanism of improving work efficiency to provide the feasible suggestions for the development of health information system in hospitals.
