Discussion on Administrative Accountability on the Medical Side in Medical Damage Cases
Abstract：Since the implementation of the Tort Liability Law on July 1st,2010,medical technology identification has been replaced by medical damage identification.Therefore,the theoretical and practical circle started discussions on administrative liability on the medical side.Through combining with the problems existing in medical safety administrative accountability,the article proposed suggestions on developing laws and regulations,standardizing medical damage identification model.
