Reduction of the Intensity of Antimicrobial Drug Use in the Department of Gynaecology Through Disease Management
Abstract：Objective To discuss disease management application effect in reducing the intensity of antimicrobial drug use.Methods Comparative analysis of 5 common diseases in 4 wards of Department of Gynaecology was done,the problems were found,and the steps of quality control with professional tools were followed to solve the problems.Results The antibacterial drug use intensity decreases from 42 DDD to 38 DDD in Department of Gynaecology,and this meets the national standards.Conclusion The disease management in reducing antibiotics use density has achieved good results.It is worth promotion.
