Legal Analysis of Medical Institutions' Public Health Work in China
Abstract：The background and actuality of public health work of medical institutions in China is described,and the problems existing in the laws and regulations are analyzed.And some feasible policy suggestions are proposed so as to improve medical institutions of public health management level in China,and to protect the public health better.
