Current Investigation of the Public Health Implementation in Level 2 and Above Hospitals in China
Abstract：Objective To investigate the implementation of public health in level 2 and above hospitals in China.Method Conducting field research in 4 provinces and doing questionnaire survey in 180 level 2 and above hospitals.Result The number of 15 public health functions implementation in reported medical institutions was 0.78.The document groups and setting groups had a higher number in public health function implementation.The situation of the public health implementation in hospitals was different.The management of public health functions in hospitals was dispersed.Conclusion It is suggested to set independent public health department in level 2 and above hospitals to manage the public health work as a whole,and to divide the duties of the various medical institutions at all levels.
