Demand Study of the Training Curriculum Arrangement for Primary Hospital Executives
Abstract:Objective To study the demand of training curriculum arrangement for primary hospital executives,to provide references for the improvement of management training courses in large-scale public hospitals.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted,and descriptive statistics were used for data analysis.Results Human resources management,humanistic management and medical management are recognized as the most important courses.Interactive discussion is considered as the best curriculum form and management documents are the most attractive site visits contents.The executives suggest the length of a training program be around 15 days and a long-term support platform be established.Conclusion Large-scale public hospitals are the important platform for training primary hospital executives.They should be demand-oriented and emphasize the practicality.Systematic integration of different courses could also play a vital role in the improvement of courses.
