Abstract：Objective To protect patients and employees from being polluted and the inferiors,and to build a prototype to enhance the supply chain security of medical consumables according to JCI.Method According to the supply chain security model,adopting corresponding measures of the design of the supply chain management of medical consumables.Result The supply chain security capabilities are enhanced and the risk is reduced in accordance with the quality requirements of JCI.Conclusion The security model applied in the supply chain management of medical consumables can effectively strengthen the security of the supply chain.
