Impact of General Coordinator System on Early Treatment for Severe Trauma
Abstract：Objective To analyze the impact of general coordinator system on early treatment for severe trauma in hospital,in order to help general hospitals to optimize strategy for treating severe trauma on the basis of emergency department.Method Comparing the variation of several indicators between the study group and the control group,such as time in-hospital before surgery and intensive care,early misdiagnosis,early mortality,and the incidence of complications.Result The time in-hospital before surgery and intensive care are significantly shortened in the study group.Early misdiagnosis,early mortality and the incidence of complications are significantly reduced.Conclusion General coordinator system can significantly improve the early treatment of severe trauma in hospital.
