Abstract:Lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor with the highest morbidity and mortality rate worldwide.2022 Chinese cancer statistics show that there are as many as 1.6 million new cases of lung cancer and 733.3 thonsand deaths in China, accounting for 22.0%and 28.5%of all malignant tumors, respectively. With the popularization of low-dose CT screening, early and accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment of lung cancer through imaging means have become the focus of clinical attention. In recent years, artificial intelligence technology has made significant progress in medical imaging, and its application value in lung cancer diagnosis and treatment has become increasingly prominent. This paper systematically reviews the current status of the application of AI imaging technology in lung cancer screening, diagnosis, treatment decision-making and prognosis assessment, aiming to elucidate the value of AI imaging methods in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer,to provide a stronger basis for the precise treatment of lung cancer patients, and to put forward an outlook on the future development direction.
