Abstract:Complete mesocolic excision(CME)has become the standard surgery procedure for right-sided colon cancer in recent years, and its good prognosis has been widely recognized. At the same time, with the popularization of advanced surgical equipment such as laparoscopy and robotic devices, and the further development of membrane anatomy theory, the anatomical level has been more clearly demonstrated during the operation. The minimally invasive, accurate and bloodless radical surgery for right-sided colon cancer has been increasingly respected by surgeons. However, due to the different location of tumors, tumor stages, height, shortness, weight, and thinness, the choice of right hemicolon approach, the scope and boundary of lymph node dissection, and the dissociation and expansion of the intraoperative surface need further in-depth and differentiated discussion. Therefore, based on the reference of excellent peer operations at home and abroad, combined with the exploration of multiple surgical approaches in the center,a set of laparoscopic complete mesocolic excision of right hemicolon through complete caudal-lateral approach is summarized, and the"principle of 3 centimetre"and"5 Key elements experience"are expounded.
